22/01/2026 08:32

Commenced on 22 September 2025, after more than three months of focused construction efforts, the King Palace mixed-use complex project for commercial, service, office, hotel-apartment and residential-for-sale functions, located at 108 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan Ward, Hanoi, and undertaken by Phuc Hung Holdings, has achieved its initial milestones. The concreting works for the first-floor slab, basement B1 and basement B2 have been completed in full compliance with technical requirements.

At present, the Site Management Board is carrying out construction of the basement B3 structure, with concrete pouring scheduled for completion on 05 February 2026. In parallel, excavation works for the elevator core area are planned to commence on 04 February 2026, ensuring continuity and synchronization in the construction of the underground structure.

Despite numerous challenges arising from the project’s inner-city location, limited construction space, complex geological conditions, high groundwater levels, as well as the impact of heavy rains and storms during the initial implementation phase, the Site Management Board has proactively adjusted construction methods, arranged flexible work shifts, and mobilized appropriate manpower and equipment. As a result, construction activities to date have effectively met the established requirements for urban environmental protection, safety, quality, and project schedule.
