The Vicostone Staff Housing Project (21T2), developed by Phuong Hoang Xanh A&A Group Joint Stock Company, features a total gross floor area of 44,364 m², including a 21-storey apartment building with 400 residential units and one basement level. Thanks to meticulous planning and efficient site management, the concrete pouring for the basement slab was completed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with technical specifications within 5 hours, executing approximately 3,500 m² of floor area and 750 m³ of concrete.

Following the basement slab completion, the Project Management Board has continued with the construction of columns, walls, and floor beams from Cote ±0.00 upward, officially entering the superstructure phase.
