The B2 basement slab locking concrete work was carried out continuously overnight, covering an area of approximately 600 square meters with a total concrete volume of 134 cubic meters. The entire process was executed safely, meeting all technical requirements and maintaining the planned construction schedule.

During the basement structure phase, the Project Management Board simultaneously organized superstructure works to optimize resources and ensure overall project progress.

Despite adverse weather conditions with frequent rains and storms this year, the Project Management Board and all staff of Phuc Hung Holdings have worked diligently day and night, staying on schedule and ensuring construction quality. The project is expected to begin concrete pouring for the second floor beams and slab in the latter half of November 2025, a key milestone that will accelerate progress in the following construction stages.
