Within the overall master plan of the Southeast Viet Tri New Urban Area Project, HH1 Building is one of the key components, serving as an architectural and functional landmark of the development. 

The HH1 Building consists of 02 basement levels, 03 podium floors, 17 tower floors and a rooftop structure, with a total construction floor area of 60,463 square meters. The estimated construction duration is approximately 430 days.

As the Main Contractor, Phuc Hung Holdings upholds a strong sense of responsibility in every construction package, considering the project’s success as a benchmark for the effectiveness of cooperation among all parties. Construction activities will be closely organized from the very first phase, ensuring synchronized, efficient implementation in full compliance with the Investor’s requirements.
