The B3CC1 Complex is situated within the StarLake Hanoi Financial and Commercial Urban Area. This is a large-scale mixed-use development with a total gross floor area (GFA) of over 211,000 m² on a land plot of 21,459 m². The project comprises three shared basement levels, a podium, and two separate towers, including an office tower and the Shilla Hotel tower.

One of the highlights of the B3CC1 Complex is the Shilla Hotel, for which the project owner, Daewoo E&C, entrusted Phuc Hung Holdings as the main construction contractor. Commenced in May 2023, the project includes three basement levels, 35 above-ground floors, and a six-storey podium dedicated to commercial and hotel services, with a total GFA of approximately 104,530 m², featuring 40 hotel rooms meeting international 5-star standards.
