Attending the Congress were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung – Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour and Standing Vice President of the Vietnam National Union of Building Workers; Ms. Bui Thi Hong Thuy – Deputy Head of the Union Affairs Department of the Vietnam National Union of Building Workers; Mr. Cao Tung Lam – Party Cell Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Tran Hong Phuc – Deputy Party Cell Secretary and Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; the Board of Directors’ Advisors; Mr. Tran Thang Loi – Deputy General Director and Chairman of the Upper-Level Grassroots Trade Union of Phuc Hung Holdings; along with the Deputy General Directors and heads of departments, divisions, and affiliated units of the Company.

At the Congress, Mr. Tran Thang Loi – Deputy General Director and Chairman of the Company’s Trade Union – on behalf of the Trade Union Executive Committee for the 2023–2025 term, presented the report on Trade Union activities during the 2023–2025 term and the orientations and tasks for the 2025–2030 term. The report comprehensively assessed the achieved results, pointed out existing shortcomings and limitations in the implementation of Trade Union activities during the 2023–2025 term, and clearly defined the directions, objectives, and specific tasks for the 2025–2030 term.

On behalf of the Company’s leadership, Mr. Cao Tung Lam – Chairman of the Board of Directors – delivered a speech acknowledging, highly praising, and commending the achievements of the Company’s Trade Union, as well as the dedication, efforts, and contributions of time and commitment by the Trade Union Executive Committees at all levels during the past term. He emphasized that the Trade Union of Phuc Hung Holdings is “a convergence of intellect and a place of shared compassion.” In the coming term, the Trade Union is expected to further promote the spirit of solidarity, strengthen the collective power and intellectual capacity of union members to contribute to the successful implementation of the production and business tasks set forth by the Board of Directors and the Company’s Management Board. At the same time, he requested the Trade Union to enhance proactiveness, creativity, responsibility, and dedication; to take good care of the material and spiritual well-being of employees; to share and provide timely support to union members; and to promote its role as a constructive voice, building and spreading a culture of unity, sharing, and compassion for the Company’s sustainable development.

Delivering his directive remarks at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung – Standing Vice President of the Vietnam National Union of Building Workers – praised the achievements of the Company’s Trade Union during the 2023–2025 term and highly appreciated its sense of responsibility and proactive spirit in organizing emulation movements and taking care of workers’ lives. He requested that in the coming term, the Trade Union continue to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees; focus on professional training and capacity building for Trade Union officials; strengthen communication and dissemination to improve legal awareness among union members; and implement specific solutions to effectively realize the Trade Union Resolution as well as the objectives and tasks set by the Company.

During the Congress, delegates representing Trade Union organizations presented their opinions and exchanged solutions to enhance the effectiveness of Trade Union activities. The Congress elected the Company Trade Union Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 term, consisting of 07 members, and also elected delegates to attend the Vietnam National Union of Building Workers Congress (01 official delegate and 01 alternate delegate).

With the spirit of “Solidarity – Democracy – Discipline – Innovation – Development,” the 4th Company Trade Union Congress of Phuc Hung Holdings for the 2025–2030 term concluded successfully, demonstrating the strong determination of all officials, union members, and employees to strive for the successful implementation of the Congress Resolution, to build an increasingly strong Company Trade Union, and to contribute to the sustainable development of Phuc Hung Holdings.
