Overview of the HH1 Mixed-use Building package:
- One 21-storey apartment tower with a building height of 71.6 meters and a total gross floor area of 23,058 m², 
- including a shared basement area of 5,100 m²;
- 34 four-storey shophouses with a total construction floor area of 9,035 m².

Under this contract, Phuc Hung Holdings is entrusted with the construction of the entire basement structure, the main structural works, architectural finishing, internal technical infrastructure system, and other associated auxiliary works. The construction duration is anticipated to be 19 months.
