CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF THE NEW URBAN AREA AND WALKING STREET PROJECT, THAI NGUYEN CITY CENTER

Groundbroken on August 25, the Taseco Thai Nguyen construction site has achieved remarkable progress after just two months. Despite the severe flooding caused by the recent Typhoon No. 11, which directly impacted the site and resulted in damage to the technical perimeter fence, electrical cabinets, and various construction equipment. Facing the natural disaster, the Site Command Board, along with the team of engineers and workers, quickly overcame the damage, repaired machinery, restored the ground, and brought the Project back to its construction pace in a short time.

As of now, the installation of bored piles is approximately 45% complete, and driven pile work stands at about 25% of the total volume. Regarding the technical infrastructure, significant progress has been made on lines D7, N1, and N2, reaching roughly 30% completion. Furthermore, two tower cranes (TC01 and TC03) have been successfully erected and are operating stably, positioning the site to smoothly transition into the vertical construction phase.

The Taseco Thai Nguyen site is currently maximizing the mobilization of manpower and equipment as it enters the critical basement construction phase. Construction crews are actively carrying out basement excavation along axes 36–41 and 1–8, while simultaneously undertaking the sequential installation of blinding concrete, formwork, and reinforcement for the underground structure. This marks a pivotal advancement, signaling a new, accelerated development stage for the Project.

Driven by strong determination and a high sense of responsibility, the Site Management Board and all staff and employees of Phuc Hung Holdings on site are making daily efforts to accelerate construction progress, ensuring the Project’s safety, schedule, and quality meet the Investor's requirements.
