As of now, foundation excavation has been completed for 108 units, concrete foundation work has been finished for 66 units, concrete columns have been constructed for 17 units, and four units have reached the second-floor slab. The Site Management Board is currently concentrating resources on excavation and the construction of foundation beams across the four allocated blocks. According to the schedule, all foundation works in this zone are expected to be completed within December, creating the conditions for the simultaneous rollout of beam and floor slab construction for the structural phase of all units in the Project.
