Currently, the foundation works are being synchronously deployed, including excavation, pile construction, pile reinforcement installation, and the foundation tie strip construction... According to the schedule, the foundation of the project is expected to be substantially completed in November 2025 and ready for handover in December 2025.

In the upcoming phase, the Project will develop the construction of the basement structure, which is an important premise for developing the main part of the project. 

The construction activities are being conducted with urgency, coordination, and close supervision to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and occupational safety requirements.
