In addition to construction and real estate investment, Phuc Hung Holdings, with a strategy to create stable long-term cash flow, has invested in constructing two hydroelectric plants: Dak Sor 2 Hydropower Project and Nam Nua 2 Hydropower Project.

In June 2021, Phuc Hung Holdings put the Dak Sor 2 Hydropower Project into operation, with a capacity of 8MW, located in the Serepok River basin across Dak Mil and Krong No districts in Dak Nong Province. This marked the company's first venture into the energy investment business.

Building on this success, in November 2022, Phuc Hung Holdings commenced the construction of the Nam Nua 2 Hydropower Plant with a capacity of 7.5 MW, located in the Nam Rom River basin through Pa Thom, Dien Bien District, Dien Bien Province. The project is expected to be completed and commercially operational in Q3/2024.

Projects Information:

1. Dak Sor 2 Hydropower Project

- Location: Serepok River basin across Dak Mil and Krong No districts, Dak Nong Province;

- Scale: 7.5MW, maximum power output of 8.6 MW, annual average electricity output of nearly 30 million Kwh;

- Implementation method: Build, own, and operate (BOO);

- Groundbreaking: October 2019;

- Commercial operation date: June 2021;

Dak Sor 2 Hydropower Project:

2. Nam Nua 2 Hydropower Project:

- Location: Nam Rom River basin, Pa Thom commune, Dien Bien District, Dien Bien Province;

- Scale: 7.5 MW, integrated into the national 110kV power grid, annual average electricity output of approximately 25 million Kwh;

- Groundbreaking: December 2022;

- Expected commercial operation: Q3/2024;
