Park Residence is designed with one basement level and nine above-ground floors. From the very beginning, the leadership of Phuc Hung Holdings identified this as a key project with stringent requirements for quality, progress, and safety. With that determination, Phuc Hung Holdings mobilized a team of highly experienced and capable managers, engineers, and site supervisors, while strictly implementing quality management procedures, occupational safety standards, and progress control measures. Throughout the structural construction phase, despite numerous pressures and challenges, including prolonged storms and heavy rainfall as well as time-consuming foundation treatment works, the engineers and staff of Phuc Hung Holdings demonstrated strong professional competence, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility, ensuring that all structural works were completed in full compliance with technical standards and with absolute safety.

The topping-out ceremony marks a significant achievement resulting from the close cooperation between Phuc Hung Holdings and the Investor, Sun Group, together with the valued support of consultants, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers. This milestone also stands as clear evidence of the reputation and capability of Phuc Hung Holdings – one of Vietnam’s leading reputable and quality-focused construction contractors. 

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Phuc Hung Holdings decided to present rewards to the Site Management Board and outstanding construction teams for their contributions during the project execution, with a total bonus value of VND 100 million.
