Previously, Zone 1 of Tower CC06 had been completed and is now progressing to the typical floor construction phase. At the same project, on October 25, Tower CC04 also completed its podium slab closure and is currently constructing columns, beams, and floor slabs of the upper levels.
With the completion of the basement structure, both towers CC04 and CC06 will simultaneously move into the superstructure phase, targeting topping out before the Lunar New Year 2026 (expected before February 10, 2026).
Under the close supervision of the Project Management Board and the dedicated teamwork of Phuc Hung Holdings engineers and workers, the Bac Chau Giang Eco Urban Area Project is maintaining its approved schedule, ensuring stable construction progress and demonstrating strong commitment to achieving all key milestones as planned.
