The terraced housing component comprises 174 six-storey shophouses, divided into 12 clusters, with a total construction floor area of 104,820 m². Under this package, Phuc Hung Holdings is responsible for executing the reinforced concrete structural works of the foundations and superstructure, as well as the exterior finishing of the shophouses. The package has a total value exceeding VND 480 billion and is scheduled to be completed within 210 days.
