The site management teams and the Safety Management Department, in collaboration with the Environmental Testing and Inspection Joint Stock Company (STIE), conducted assessments of key environmental factors including microclimate, lighting, noise, vibration, dust, and toxic gases. Monitoring results from October and November 2025 showed that all indicators remained within permissible limits, reflecting a safe and well-ventilated working environment with effective use of natural light and airflow.
At certain areas where dust, noise, or gas emissions were detected, such as basements or formwork and steel fabrication zones, Phuc Hung Holdings promptly implemented comprehensive technical measures to minimize potential impacts on workers’ health and the surrounding environment. Throughout 2025, Phuc Hung Holdings continues to standardize its HSE management system in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, further strengthening risk control measures to ensure a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, and to promote the Company’s sustainable development.
