At the construction sites, Trade Union representatives directly visited and presented 1,877 gift packages, encouraging and uplifting the spirits of managers, engineers and workers who are working directly on-site under harsh weather conditions. At the same time, representatives listened to employees’ opinions regarding working conditions and policies at the projects, while the Company’s Leadership also presented awards to exemplary workers for their compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations.

During the program, Site Management Boards at all projects signed commitments to strengthen occupational safety and hygiene practices, demonstrating their determination to build safe, professional and efficient working environments.
