Developed by Hoa Anh Dao Real Estate Joint Stock Company, the King Palace Project consists of three basement levels with a total construction floor area of 8,493.88 m², and a 29-storey serviced apartment and hotel tower (Block B), including a penthouse level and rooftop stair enclosure, with a total floor area of 29,709 m².

Thorough preparation is carried out for every concrete pour, with the Project Management Team developing detailed plans to ensure safe and efficient execution. According to the construction schedule, the basement structure is expected to be fully enclosed by mid-July 2026.
