The training program covered: legal regulations and fundamental knowledge on fire prevention and firefighting; guidance on fire safety measures; development of evacuation and rescue skills; response to realistic emergency scenarios; and hands-on practice in the use and maintenance of firefighting equipment to ensure all devices remain in a constant state of readiness.

The proactive organization of early-stage training plays a decisive role in emergency response and risk mitigation at construction sites, while reaffirming Phuc Hung Holdings’ commitment to building a safe, standardized, and professional working environment across every project.

In parallel with its safety initiatives, Phuc Hung Holdings is concentrating resources to accelerate construction progress at the project. All 17 lots are currently being developed simultaneously, with structural works subject to strict technical and schedule control. The structural phase is expected to be completed in August 2026, with project handover delivered in full accordance with commitments made to the Investor.
