The project consisting of one hundred and two townhouses undertaken by Phuc Hung Holdings had a total gross construction floor area of more than 41,900 square meters, with an expected construction duration of 300 days. This was one of the key components within the overall Thanh Xuan Dai Lai High End Resort Complex, aiming to form a modern and premium ecological villa and resort community set within a spacious natural environment.
