During the inspection, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh directly surveyed the Level 3 area, where Phuc Hung Holdings is undertaking construction works under Package 5.10: Construction and Installation of Equipment for the Passenger Terminal. The Prime Minister expressed his satisfaction with the accelerated progress of the works and requested all units to maximize manpower, machinery, and equipment to ensure readiness for the Phase 1 inauguration ceremony scheduled for 19 December.

In preparation for the 19 December milestone, Phuc Hung Holdings is mobilizing its workforce and equipment at full capacity, intensifying key finishing works, and striving to complete the entire project before March 2026.

According to the plan, on 15 December, technical inspection flights will depart from Tan Son Nhat International Airport to Long Thanh International Airport. On 19 December, a special technical flight will take off from Noi Bai International Airport to Long Thanh using a large Boeing aircraft, marking a significant testing milestone prior to the handover ceremony of Phase 1 of the project.
