Throughout the construction process, despite numerous challenges, the contractor consortium, led by Phuc Hung Holdings, closely coordinated with the project owner as well as consulting and supervision units, mobilized resources, and flexibly applied optimal construction solutions to synchronously implement all work items. The project was completed in accordance with commitments to the project owner, ensuring quality, schedule, safety, and architectural aesthetics.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the People’s Court of Dak Lak Province, Mr. Cao Duy Ha, Chief of Office of the People’s Court, presented commendation certificates from the Chief Justice of the People’s Court of Dak Lak Province to Mr. La Duc Tho, Deputy General Director, and three officials of the Phuc Hung Holdings project management team, in recognition of their significant contributions to the implementation of the project.

The headquarters of the People’s Court of Dak Lak Province has a total gross floor area of approximately 10,519.5 square meters, comprising two main buildings, including an office block and a court operation block, both designed with five floors and one rooftop stair structure. The project was commenced in 2022 with a total investment of VND 149.306 billion. The complex has been synchronously and modernly invested; once operational, it will significantly enhance the working efficiency of officials and civil servants following the merger of the People’s Courts of Dak Lak and Phu Yen provinces, thereby enabling the People’s Court of Dak Lak Province to better fulfill its assigned functions and duties.
