Commenced on 10 September 2019, the Ha Thanh Hotel is being developed with a scale of 15 above-ground floors and a total gross floor area of approximately 11,427 square meters.

Following a period of intensive construction, Phuc Hung Holdings has to date completed around 80 percent of the total work volume, laying a solid foundation for the finishing stage and the installation of technical equipment.

Representing the Contractor, Mr. Cao Tung Lam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Phuc Hung Holdings, expressed his delight that the project has successfully passed this key construction milestone. Thanks to the close coordination among all parties and the dedicated, professional working spirit of Phuc Hung Holdings’ engineers and staff, all work items have been carried out effectively and in full compliance with the Project Owner’s requirements.
