At present, the basement and structural areas are carrying out ground slab construction, installation of columns and walls, and sequential foundation works. At the same time, machinery has been mobilized to excavate and expand the construction site, while adjacent zones are being deployed with foundation pit excavation, lean concrete pouring, and installation of reinforced concrete footings and ground beams.

The technical infrastructure team is currently implementing the base layer construction and installing technical trenches along the internal roads. All construction activities are being closely supervised and strictly comply with technical standards and safety regulations.

With strong determination and continuous effort, the Project Management Board is committed to ensuring the progress of all construction items and will continue to maintain night shifts when necessary to meet scheduled milestones. This demonstrates Phuc Hung Holdings’ strong commitment to the Investor, contributing to the formation of a modern, synchronized, and distinctive pedestrian street right at the heart of Thai Nguyen City.
