After receiving the progress report and conducting a site inspection, Vice Chairwoman Vu Thu Ha acknowledged the efforts of the Project Management Board, contractors, and the team of staff, engineers, and workers who have been working tirelessly on site. She highly appreciated the construction management and execution capacity of Phuc Hung Holdings, affirming that the contractor is experienced, well organized, and capable of meeting requirements in terms of both progress and quality. At the same time, she requested all relevant parties to focus on removing bottlenecks and strengthening coordination to ensure the overall progress of the project.

Currently, the project is being implemented synchronously with multiple construction fronts. The structural works have reached the 10th floor, with the 11th floor slab concreting scheduled for March 2026. Finishing works are underway on floors 4 to 6, while the MEP systems are being deployed in line with the construction schedule. The project is expected to be completed by June 2026.

With the close direction and support from the City’s leadership, along with the strong commitment of Phuc Hung Holdings, the Hanoi Heart Hospital Facility 2 project is expected to be completed on schedule, meeting all requirements and expectations of the Investor.
