At the Employees’ Conference, the Company’s Leadership listened attentively to the thoughts and aspirations of employees and addressed the opinions raised by Trade Union representatives regarding working conditions as well as policies and benefits for employees. The dialogue took place in an open, democratic, and candid atmosphere, reflecting a spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and shared commitment to sustainable development.

Also within the program, on behalf of the Company’s Leadership, Mr. Dang Trong Duc, General Director, officially launched the 2026 emulation movement. The business performance of Phuc Hung Holdings in 2025 recorded many positive results, with numerous new contracts signed and production output and revenue increasing significantly compared to 2024. Accordingly, Phuc Hung Holdings has set a target of projected revenue growth of 140% compared to 2025. Representatives of departments and units formally committed to embarking on a new journey with clear and specific objectives.

Delivering the directive speech at the Conference, Mr. Cao Tung Lam, Chairman of the Board of Directors, congratulated the Board of General Directors, the Trade Union, and the collective of officers, employees, and workers of Phuc Hung Holdings on the achievements attained in 2025. At the same time, he requested departments and units to quantify and concretize the 2026 production and business plan into specific tasks and solutions, and to promptly organize their implementation.

The signing ceremony of the 2026 Production and Business Plan marked the beginning of a new phase, imbued with strong momentum, solidarity, unity, and determination of the Leadership and all officers and employees of Phuc Hung Holdings to realize the set objectives, and to continue affirming the prestige and position of Phuc Hung Holdings as one of Vietnam’s leading reputable and high-quality contractors.
