Currently, basement construction is focused on concreting the foundation slab and basement roof. The works are being carried out in a rolling sequence by zones in order to complete the foundation sealing phase as scheduled on February 12. At the same time, construction of the low-rise townhouse area is being accelerated, including foundation, column, and initial floor works, to establish a stable structural framework for the next construction stages. All works are executed in strict compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and occupational safety regulations.

In appreciation of the dedication and efforts of Phuc Hung Holdings’ engineers and workers, on January 13, 2026, Mr. Le Hong Ha – Director of the Project Management Board, representing the Investor Taseco Land, visited the site to extend his regards and present encouragement gifts to the project team working tirelessly on site. Accompanying the Investor’s leadership were Deputy General Director Le Quoc Tuan and Ms. To Thi Hong Diep, Chairwoman of the Upper-level Trade Union. On behalf of the Company’s leadership, Deputy General Director Le Quoc Tuan expressed his confidence that the Site Management Board will continue to uphold unity, proactive management, and effective construction organization, successfully delivering the project’s key milestones, including basement foundation sealing and completion of the shophouse structural foundations.
