The Victoria Smart City is a high-end residential apartment complex situated within the Vinhomes Smart City mega-urban area, occupying a prime location. The project has a total above-ground gross floor area (excluding basements) of 149,467.7 square meters, comprising three Z-shaped residential towers rising 38 storeys high, with a total of 1,836 apartments. As a reputable and large-scale investor, MIK Group has selected leading and prestigious contractors, including Phuc Hung Holdings, to undertake the construction of the project.

Commenced on October 22, 2024, after 15 months of intensive and uninterrupted construction, carried out with a strong sense of responsibility by the engineers and workforce of Phuc Hung Holdings, the project has successfully completed its structural works and officially reached the topping-out milestone in strict compliance with the schedule committed to the Investor.

Representing Phuc Hung Holdings, Mr. Dang Trong Duc – General Director, expressed his sincere appreciation to MIK Group for its trust and close cooperation with Phuc Hung Holdings, as well as the effective support and coordination from the Supervision Consultant, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the construction process. In particular, the General Director highly acknowledged and commended the relentless efforts of the Site Management Board and all officers, employees, and workers whose dedication has led to today’s achievement. At the same time, Phuc Hung Holdings reaffirmed its commitment to continuing to uphold a strong sense of responsibility and determination in completing subsequent work packages, ensuring the highest standards of quality and progress, with the aim of handing over the project on schedule and fully meeting the Investor’s expectations for a modern residential development in the western area of the Capital.

On this occasion, the leadership of Phuc Hung Holdings decided to award commendation bonuses to the Site Management Board and outstanding construction teams involved in the project, with a total reward value of VND 155 million.
