The HH2 Gamuda (Central Park) Apartment Project, invested by Gamuda Land Vietnam, is a key component of the Gamuda City mega urban area (274 hectares, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi). The project comprises three 40-storey towers with a total gross floor area of approximately 400,000 square meters, providing 2,605 high-end apartments. As the Design & Build General Contractor for the project, Phuc Hung Holdings, with a spirit of readiness and strong commitment, is mobilizing all available resources to promptly implement the initial technical infrastructure works from the very first days of 2026.
The New Urban Area and Central Pedestrian Street Project in Thai Nguyen City is invested by Taseco Land, with Phuc Hung Holdings commencing construction in August 2025. The pedestrian street is over 330 meters long and more than 52 meters wide, located between two blocks of integrated buildings (comprising 174 high-end shophouse units, each 6 stories high and designed with optimized functionality), together with a basement covering more than 1.9 hectares, arranged to provide parking areas and commercial spaces serving residents and visitors. This is a modern complex of living, commercial, and entertainment spaces, expected to contribute to shaping a modern and well-coordinated urban appearance for the center of Thai Nguyen.

Delivering remarks at the Launch Ceremony of the Central Pedestrian Street Project in Thai Nguyen City, Chairman of the Board of Directors Cao Tung Lam extended his best New Year wishes and expressed sincere appreciation to the Investor for its trust in appointing Phuc Hung Holdings as the main contractor for the project.
