The Meridian Project is located at the foot of Tuyen Son Bridge, along the Cam Le River, within Da Nang City – an area with convenient transportation connectivity and strong urban development potential. The project is designed based on the concept of “A yacht anchored by the river,” featuring soft, modern architectural forms that harmonize with the surrounding landscape of Tien Son Bridge, creating a distinctive architectural landmark at the southern gateway of Da Nang City.
The project scale comprises two independent towers of 25 above-ground floors, providing a total of 518 luxury apartments, along with two basement levels. Each tower has a floor area of approximately 1,120 m². The contract value is approximately VND 800 billion, with an estimated construction duration of 24 months.
Under this contract, Phuc Hung Holdings undertakes the role of General Contractor, responsible for structural works, architectural finishing, and MEP systems
