On behalf of the Company’s Executive Board, Mr. Dang Trong Duc, General Director, presented a report on the business performance results in 2025 and the orientations and key tasks for 2026. Despite numerous difficulties and challenges in 2025, the collective leadership and all employees of the Company made great efforts and achieved positive results, ensuring stable employment and income for employees. Business operations in 2025 showed many encouraging signs, with output value and revenue increasing significantly compared to 2024, thereby securing sufficient workload for 2026.

At the Conference, Mr. Tran Hong Phuc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell and Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Ms. To Thi Hong Diep, Chairwoman of the Superior Trade Union, presented reports summarizing Party Cell activities and Trade Union operations in 2025, along with orientations for 2026.

The Conference also received numerous constructive opinions and solution proposals from delegates representing departments and divisions, focusing on overcoming difficulties, enhancing management capacity, strengthening high-quality human resources, and improving the organizational model in line with the Company’s development orientation in the coming period.

Delivering his directive remarks at the Conference, Mr. Cao Tung Lam, Chairman of the Board of Directors, highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and efforts of the Executive Board and all employees across the system. He congratulated the Company on successfully overcoming many difficulties and challenges in 2025 and achieving encouraging results. Expressing confidence in Phuc Hung Holdings’ development prospects, the Chairman believed that the Company would achieve even greater success in 2026. Based on the positive planning figures presented by the Executive Board, he also provided further guidance and orientations for task implementation in 2026.

Within the framework of the Conference, the Company’s leadership honored and rewarded outstanding collectives and individuals for their achievements during the year. The title “Outstanding Individual of the Year 2025” was awarded to Mr. Luong Thanh Thai – Project Director, Executive Board of the Long Thanh International Airport Terminal Project. In addition, the Conference announced and presented awards for the photo contest “The Beauty of Phuc Hung Holdings 2025”, the competition “Creative Construction – Spreading Technology 2025”, and the race “PHC Run 2025 – Breaking Through a New Journey”. These meaningful activities recognized, encouraged, and timely motivated employees for their contributions to the Company’s business performance.
