The project is developed on a site considered a “golden location” within the new urban development corridor in northern Ha Long, offering convenient connectivity to the city center and major transportation routes. The total site area is 3,577.79 m², of which 3,491 m² is designated for the apartment building footprint. The development comprises a 25-storey residential tower with a rooftop technical floor, providing approximately 570 apartments and accommodating nearly 900 residents.

This is one of five projects in Quang Ninh Province being implemented under Resolution No. 171/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on piloting commercial housing projects through agreements on land-use rights acquisition or on land parcels where investors already possess land-use rights that are not residential land.
