Following the successful cooperation between Phuc Hung Holdings and the Investor - Sun Group at the Bac Chau Giang Eco Urban Area Construction Investment Project, with the construction package for the structural and masonry works of the high-rise apartment buildings CC04 and CC06 commenced on June 19, 2025, on May 25, 2026, Phuc Hung Holdings officially continued the commencement of the construction package for the superstructure and finishing works, including external plastering and painting works, for the CC20 and CC21 apartment buildings under this project.

Each apartment building consists of 09 above-ground floors and 01 pitched roof floor, with a total gross floor area of approximately 20,413.68 m². The expected construction duration is 08 months
