PHUC HUNG HOLDINGS COMPLETES BASE SLAB WORK FOR BASEMENT LEVEL B3 AT XUAN LA MARKET, COMMERCIAL CENTER, SUPERMARKET AND OFFICE FOR LEASE PROJECT, TAY HO, HANOI

On March 31, 2026, Phuc Hung Holdings, in collaboration with the Investor – Song Hong Incomex Construction Joint Stock Company and Catalan Joint Stock Company – held the ceremony marking the completion of the base slab for Basement Level B3 of the Xuan La Market, Commercial Center, Supermarket and Office for Lease project in Tay Ho Ward, Hanoi.

The Xuan La Market, Commercial Center, Supermarket and Office for Lease project is strategically located at a prime site in the heart of Tay Ho Ward. It is expected to become a vibrant destination for shopping, working, and experiential activities at the western gateway of West Lake. The project comprises 3 basement levels and 21 above-ground floors, with a total basement floor area of 5,939 m² and a total above-ground floor area (including the technical penthouse) of 16,750 m². The building height reaches 74.95 meters.

To date, the Contractor has completed the structural works of the ring beams and slabs for Basement Levels B1 and B2, as well as the foundation pile caps, wastewater treatment tank, fire protection water tank, and the base slab of Basement Level B3.

Following the completion of the B3 basement base slab, Phuc Hung Holdings will promptly mobilize resources to accelerate the construction of subsequent items in strict adherence to the committed schedule.
