On the occasion of the Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026, the Management Boards of various construction sites, on behalf of the Executive Committee of the Phuc Hung Holdings Trade Union, organized the presentation of Tet gifts to 223 disadvantaged workers who are directly working at the Company’s construction sites, with a total value of VND 139 million.
In response to the movement “For the Poor – Leaving No One Behind,” on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse, on January 23, 2026, Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company, in coordination with the People’s Committee of Tan Chau Commune, Nghe An Province, organized the presentation of 101 gift packages, including essential goods and cash, with a total value of VND 50.5 million. These gifts were delivered to poor households and elderly individuals in difficult circumstances in the Dien Tho cluster, Tan Chau Commune.
Commenced on 22 September 2025, after more than three months of focused construction efforts, the King Palace mixed-use complex project for commercial, service, office, hotel-apartment and residential-for-sale functions, located at 108 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan Ward, Hanoi, and undertaken by Phuc Hung Holdings, has achieved its initial milestones. The concreting works for the first-floor slab, basement B1 and basement B2 have been completed in full compliance with technical requirements.
On the afternoon of January 15, 2026, at the Office of Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony was held between Phuc Hung Holdings (PHC); Vietnam Railway Construction Corporation (VRCC); Zhongmen No.3 Construction Group Co., Ltd. (CC3); and China State Construction Engineering Bureau No.6 Co., Ltd. (CCSEB).
Launched on August 22, 2025, the New Urban Area and Pedestrian Street Project in Thai Nguyen City Center is currently being implemented with a strong sense of urgency and determination. On site, construction teams are flexibly organized and maintain shift-based operations until midnight to ensure overall project progress.
Following the signing ceremony of the Construction Contract on January 8, 2026 between the Investor – Tu Lap Construction Company Limited and Phuc Hung Construction Joint Stock Company, on January 14, 2026, Phuc Hung Holdings officially held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the package “Construction of structural works and architectural finishing of HH1 Building” under the Southeast Viet Tri New Urban Area Project, Phu Tho Province.
On the morning of January 10, 2026, Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh and his delegation visited and inspected the construction progress of the Passenger Terminal and the internal traffic infrastructure packages within the Long Thanh International Airport Project.
