On the afternoon of January 15, 2026, at the Office of Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony was held between Phuc Hung Holdings (PHC); Vietnam Railway Construction Corporation (VRCC); Zhongmen No.3 Construction Group Co., Ltd. (CC3); and China State Construction Engineering Bureau No.6 Co., Ltd. (CCSEB).
Launched on August 22, 2025, the New Urban Area and Pedestrian Street Project in Thai Nguyen City Center is currently being implemented with a strong sense of urgency and determination. On site, construction teams are flexibly organized and maintain shift-based operations until midnight to ensure overall project progress.
Following the signing ceremony of the Construction Contract on January 8, 2026 between the Investor – Tu Lap Construction Company Limited and Phuc Hung Construction Joint Stock Company, on January 14, 2026, Phuc Hung Holdings officially held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the package “Construction of structural works and architectural finishing of HH1 Building” under the Southeast Viet Tri New Urban Area Project, Phu Tho Province.
On the morning of January 10, 2026, Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh and his delegation visited and inspected the construction progress of the Passenger Terminal and the internal traffic infrastructure packages within the Long Thanh International Airport Project.
On January 10, 2026, Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company was honored to receive the title of “Cultural and Reputable Enterprise” 2025 under the annual recognition program organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The program aims to honor outstanding enterprises in the practice of business ethics, contributing to guiding and promoting the development of a sustainable business culture within the Vietnamese business community.
On January 8, 2026, VietnamNet E-newspaper, in collaboration with Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company, officially announced the ranking of the Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam in 2025 (VNR500). Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company has been honored for the 10th consecutive year in the VNR500 ranking.
