On the morning of November 28, 2025, the Trade Union of Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company successfully held the 4th Company Trade Union Congress for the 2025–2030 term, with the participation of 71 official delegates representing 695 employees, union members, and workers across the Company.
After nearly five months of construction, in the early morning of November 11, 2025, the Bac Chau Giang Eco Urban Area Project successfully completed the basement slab structure of Tower CC06, with a floor area of 2,000m² and a concrete volume of 500m³. The concrete pouring was carried out continuously throughout the night. The Site Management Board mobilized two boom pumps and all key personnel to remain on site around the clock, ensuring maximum safety and the highest construction quality.
In the early hours of November 10, 2025, the Hanoi Heart Hospital Facility No.2 Project successfully completed the concrete pouring for the first floor slab (axis 6:10’/H:J), marking an important milestone in the B2 basement structure construction phase.

Following the successful awarding of the “Piling, Foundation, Underground Passage Structure, and Technical Infrastructure Construction” package in August 2025, Phuc Hung Holdings has once again been trusted by the Investor – Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land) to undertake the “Structural Construction and Exterior Finishing of Terraced Houses” package under the New Urban Area and Central Pedestrian Street Project in Thai Nguyen City.
Groundbroken on August 25, the Taseco Thai Nguyen construction site has achieved remarkable progress after just two months. Despite the severe flooding caused by the recent Typhoon No. 11, which directly impacted the site and resulted in damage to the technical perimeter fence, electrical cabinets, and various construction equipment. Facing the natural disaster, the Site Command Board, along with the team of engineers and workers, quickly overcame the damage, repaired machinery, restored the ground, and brought the Project back to its construction pace in a short time.
