Long Thanh International Airport is designed according to Code 4F (the highest international standard), with a total area of 5,000 hectares and a runway length of up to 1,800 meters.
The airport includes four terminals and four runways, with a capacity of 100 million passengers and 5 million tons of cargo per year.
The total investment capital for Phase 1 is VND 109,111.7 billion, of which Package 5.10 accounts for over VND 35,800 billion.
Package No. 5.10 – Construction and Installation of the Passenger Terminal Building – is the largest, most technically complex, and longest-duration package among all packages under Component Project No. 3 – Essential Facilities of Long Thanh International Airport Phase 1.
The Passenger Terminal is classified as a Special-Class Aviation Building.
