Pumping station, underground water tank, power station, medical gas supply station, internal roads, and parking areas

- Dismantling and demolition of existing structures (Outpatient, Inpatient and Administration Building; One-story Administration Building; One-story Auxiliary Building; One-story Operation Building; Swimming Pool; Guard House; Gates and Fences)

- Execution of bored piles, foundation structures, basements, superstructure, doors, glass walls, termite prevention, lightning protection, electrical and plumbing systems, medical gas systems, fire protection, pressurization and smoke extraction, low-voltage systems, HVAC, technical infrastructure, and interior equipment installation.
